Firstly - "No Fix - No Fee" - In the unlikely event that I cannot resolve your problem, I charge nothing (except to cover travelling costs, if any). In this rare scenario I will refer you to a business who can help you.

I generally charge £15 per hour. For larger jobs, I usually charge a flat fee that will work out slightly cheaper than if it were to be charged on an hourly basis. A flat fee also ensures the client will not pay anything extra should the job take longer than expected.

For anything that takes me less than an hour, I usually charge about £10.

I charge £40 for an emergency callout (in addition to normal costs).

I charge £0.15 per mile travelled to cover my fuel expenses
